Affin 0% BT up to 80% of current credit limit. 12 months.
(Current card holder applies too , many other bank all offer new to bank )

instalment plan with very minimal charge
RHB dial an instalment 1% p.a. for 12 months. (eff. 1.84% p.a) >RM1k
PBB visa 0% p.a. for 10 months >RM3k
Affin 0% 12 months >RM2k

Definitely Affin Duo, no other card comparable to this .

even themselves having contradicting answer.
on 26 jun,
i applied RM3k 1 bank another RM1k to 2 different bank.
total RM5k ish.

after few days no response at all.
called their CS yesterday morning, after CS check with relevant dept, was told >RM3k per bank, not total >RM3k.

so they can't process my BT and ask me to amend my form and email back.

i amend to 1 bank RM4k, but in the afternoon, suddenly the first request RM3k 1 bank another RM1k to 2 different bank is eventually approved.

so i think its min RM3k total but seem there is confusion going around, even at their end

yes true, esp if planning to take new loans, might affect the DSR calculations.

they should just do it like all other bank did, not to include into the monthly instalment in CCRIS

you only eligible to do 1 time 0% BT plan.

so subsequently, if you wanted to do BT 2nd time onwards, 1% BT Plan applied

my experience so far,
PBB is the best bank for cust service, very efficient and can solve your problem immediately.

Not any other bank can even match them, local + foreign bank like HSBC, SC, OCBC, UOB etc..

Most other local bank, their CS is more like a phone operator only, can't do anything, just get your problem and report to relevant dept and ask you to wait for phone call from so called relevant dept, that's all. can't solve your problem there and then.

While for PBB, they empower their CS, so they actually have some level of authority to solve your problem if its within their means

22 Aug credit limit deducted.
23 Aug night SMS on success credited and receive SMS on receival Instant Transfer of BT Amount by recipient bank.

Speed is quite fast

NTB i think can do multiple times 0% BT.
ETB only 1 time 0% BT

if new round, mean ETB cust get to apply 1 more time 0% BT?

if you use PBe, will be way faster compared to email.
immediate approval after application and 1st instalment charged.
for my case, next working day already got it.

which is why even with true caller premium blocking spam calls.

some cunning culprits still able to reach

no harm to just try it.
worst case it got rejected only if campaign expired .

the BT process for Affin is painfully slow.

apply 15/1
confirmation call 16/1
approved sms 18/1
19/1 no record nothing, even affin credit limit not deducted yet.

compared to rhb or public, within 2 days can settle the whole BT funds received

received it Friday night.

so for Affin,
we can say its around 4-5 working days to get the funds credited.

RHB 0% BT till 31/1/24 only.

from 1/2/24 onwards, 7.09%p.a. Effective Rate.

if wanted to apply must do it this month.
feb onwards not worth anymore.
