I have included more supporting doc,
such as RENTAL  + ASNB (200k) + Etrade (USD19K) .
Could any expert advise me how to get those cards approve ?

Any other bank that limiting BT only to statement amount.as normally some bank requires card statement for application

Woah! This is for 12 months? Something new to me. I used to get BT from HLB for only 3 months though.

The 5% will be show in the monthly statement? Or we need to calculate ourself? Really weird this hlb bt. Pay 5% first few months and pay balance on the last day. So if we pay wrongly, is there any penalty fees? Sure have right?
