Hi guys, i say maybank sms earlier this month saying 12months BT is 1% upfront but see the app inside apply online there is 3.88% there write. So if apply that will get 1% or 3.88%?

For those who applied for HLB BT, may I confirm how to repay it?
I understand what others had been saying but I did not anticipate the statement to be quite confusing.

say I applied for 36k for 12 months of repayment, 5% monthly would be 1.8k, which is what stated as min repayment from the BT account

and my current cc statement amount to say 300. The BT amount is not shown in the cc statement.

So how should i repay? rm1800 for BT and 300 for cc? Do I pay to the respective individual account number separately?

Refund of Overpayment on Maybank Card Account [ Maybank ]

Dear Valued Cardmembers,

Effective 19 June 2019, we will no longer process requests for refund of any overpayment on an active Card which appears as a credit in your Maybank Credit or Charge Card account(s). In the event your Card account has an overpayment at any given time, the overpayment would be used to offset any subsequent outstanding balance of that Card.

For cancellation of Maybank Credit or Charge Card(s) with an overpayment, the Bank shall proceed to transfer the overpaid amount through the following options:

- Transfer to your other valid Maybank Credit or Charge Card account(s);
- Transfer to your Maybank Savings or Current Account(s), excluding Joint Account and MAE Account;
- You may opt to sign-up for a new Maybank Card or Maybank Savings or Current Account and transfer the overpaid amount to the respective account; or
- In the event you do not have any other valid Maybank Credit or Charge Card account(s) or Maybank Savings or Current Account(s), please do advise us on the Savings or Current Account details of another bank that you wish to transfer the overpaid amount to.

Hi, may I check if anyone know for BT overpaid amount to MBB credit card, still able to call CS to transfer out the overpaid amount to SA?

i did it many years back but not sure what the current policy, thinking to take advantage of the 0% BT and transfer out the fund to SA.

I don't have that card. I only have the Visa version. Looks like I will need to apply for it.
