Thanks for your response. he never misses any payment, he said. He just could not afford to pay em in full. So he should apply for a new card ya.. what about the current card, will be cancelled once the balance is transferred?

And any bank to recommend? I read you guys posted abt HLB and PBB..
*
if he cannot pay in full, each month, then he SHOULD STOP using the card and continue clearing the oustanding.

chances to apply new card is low to no chance to get approved considering the bad records.

sorry to say, forget about spending more with the card or applying new cards. dont keep digging the debt hole deeper.

Exactly what I told him. He said he kinda insaf already and wanted to just pay without further using the card. So he was asking me if there is a way for him to settle it and save a bit on the interest. If, for instance, he has a balance of abt 5k, and managed to pay on time, without fail, 500 per mth.. his BT application at other banks has a high chance of not being approved?
*
1) does he have other cards to BT to?

2) if no, have to apply. chances to get approved is slim.

3) if yes, does the card/bank have 0% BT? study each card/bank. if no 0%, is the upfront fee % rate worth it?

*
same answer as before...

// The allocated fund for 3% waiver is only up to RM7.2M during campaign period. This campaign will end automatically upon fund has fully depleted (Subject to General Terms and Condition Clause No.9 :- Maybank will notify by posting on the Website www.maybank2u.com or by any other mode that the bank shall deem fit) //

Hi,

I tried to apply for a BT.
The amount I applied is lower than the transfer limit.
But I received email from MBB that my BT is unsuccessful.

I call to CS and they told me that the system declined my application automatically.

Anyone got this issue? should i apply lower amount?
but im applying at lower than the transfer limit already.

resubmit via email.

Just wondering if MBB accepts credit card account page print screen instead of statement. Instead of using the M2U BT application which charges up front and reverse the charge, I prefer not being charged in the first place.
*
yes possible.

i've tried it with PBB online banking. screenshot the main cc page, make sure got your name and cc number (if possible). i even highlighted outstanding amount + authorized amount (not yet posted) brows.gif

attach the screenshot as part of the documents to be submitted via email.

How do you get those into 24 months repayment period?
*
i'm curious why are you so interested for 24mth BT for amount of ~RM4k?

any particular reasons? currently MBB's 12mth 0% BT seems to be good for your BT amount.
