Finally get the money.. I sent so many email but not replied.. Then i ask help from their director.. On the spot her staf reply my mail and confirm mydeposit already transfer to dev with evidence.. Hahaha..

I one of the 40 first group.. Offer date 23june.. For new property, they want lampiran a1.. Akaun HDA.. Your payment will pending if not hda..

Any documents do I need to submit or prepare for appeal?

Btw did u signed any loan offer? I suspect mine tidak berjaya because of signed the loan from bank..As my SNP still yet to sign until end Sept

Anyone acquired new property with 10% deposit discount from developer and in the same time successfully granted MyDeposit scheme that recently announced? I would like to know is the developer return back the money to you or they would hold it until VP? Anyone facing this before and mind to share. As my understanding, there should be no valid reasons that the developer can hold the money.

until VP?what is VP..many dnt get yet that deposit money.I think only first batch 40 applicant get it first.dveloper should inform us if money ady release.btw gov will sent to our email as well both developer and us.

Hi, they not asking for latest bank statement.. they only need lampiran A1. Inside that lampiran, it state the developer account number.. I also attach bank statement in case they need in future. After you send it, make sure you call them to verify..

I did mistake by not calling them after sent the email. after 2 week, they call me asking why i'm not sending the Lampiran A1.. When i ask them to check again the mail, she said her email is to big.. Then ask me to sent again.. My friend purchase subsale, no problem because use lawyer account number.. he get the money 3 week earlier than me..

Just write surat rayuan.. I got the offer letter from mydeposit 23June but i already sign the bank offer on April.. For SNP, i sign early of June. The staff said it should be no problem because they understand that developer maybe chase you..

Try contact any of these guy.. they handle mydeposit if i not mistaken..

Coz my application already approved. But pending doc bank statement latest. Im already have HDA from my developer . Coz my developer only provide to me that HDA lampiran A1

Receive Mine ! After 6 month of waiting

I just sent developer bank account 1st page only (showing the account no, branch where they open the acc, etc). Dont know they actually need bank statement? No wonder no result until now.

How to contact them? I have called many times with different number still no answer. Sometimes number is busy.

I see. Yesterday went to Putrajaya and check with mydeposit staff the reason rejected is because attached booking receipt instead of Surat Pengeshan

I did called and checked with the pegawai for Mydeposit. They told me Surat Pengesahan is booking receipt paid (1% of the unit price) if the transaction is subsale. But why reject based on this reason?

How were you notified? Through email?

Yes, I also thought that booking receipt is the so called Surat Pengesahan...

Mine one is on going project...myself did not do clarification properly...now have to wait for another 3 months again...
