Finally get the money.. I sent so many email but not replied.. Then i ask help from their director.. On the spot her staf reply my mail and confirm mydeposit already transfer to dev with evidence.. Hahaha..

I one of the 40 first group.. Offer date 23june.. For new property, they want lampiran a1.. Akaun HDA.. Your payment will pending if not hda..

Hi, they not asking for latest bank statement.. they only need lampiran A1. Inside that lampiran, it state the developer account number.. I also attach bank statement in case they need in future. After you send it, make sure you call them to verify..

I did mistake by not calling them after sent the email. after 2 week, they call me asking why i'm not sending the Lampiran A1.. When i ask them to check again the mail, she said her email is to big.. Then ask me to sent again.. My friend purchase subsale, no problem because use lawyer account number.. he get the money 3 week earlier than me..

Just write surat rayuan.. I got the offer letter from mydeposit 23June but i already sign the bank offer on April.. For SNP, i sign early of June. The staff said it should be no problem because they understand that developer maybe chase you..

Try contact any of these guy.. they handle mydeposit if i not mistaken..

They only notify developer or lawyer.. you need to check with them.. Mine, the officer promise 2 weeks after complete document submitted.. but in procedure, it state 30 days after document submitted.. but i received my payment after 3 months..

Mine is new launch.. my developer help me a lot.

I stay in Perlis.. you're better than me.. I don't think is worth to go there because nobody will entertain you if the person you want to see is not around.. last time when i go there, it look like empty department.. there a lot of table but nobody is around.. for those stay around there, it better.. they can keep asking..

I send multiple email but not replied.. sometime want to giving up when i heard that mydeposit dana going to be slashed..

I sent all the documents after Raya. If i not mistaken 18-July. Actually my S&P and Bank offer letter done before i get the offer letter from mydeposit. I just make sure my deposit application in website done before i sign offer letter from bank. I sign the bank offer letter and submit mydeposit application on same day (28 April). So, at least i have a reason to ask them to consider my application.

They transfer the money already after waiting so long..
