I sent all the documents after Raya. If i not mistaken 18-July. Actually my S&P and Bank offer letter done before i get the offer letter from mydeposit. I just make sure my deposit application in website done before i sign offer letter from bank. I sign the bank offer letter and submit mydeposit application on same day (28 April). So, at least i have a reason to ask them to consider my application.

Okay so if my offer letter is on 27th July and I submitted SnP and everything end of Aug, what is the estimated time for me to get the money? So happy laa uu hehe can belanja we all

Official letter is Surat Pengesahan from your seller/developer? You can follow the letter format from google. Just put in the details of the purchase of your house.

I can forward my sample to u as references. PM me ur email address if u wish to get it. smile.gif

First of all, it should be 10% or RM30k whichever is lower. So in your case it should have been RM30k since your property is more than RM300k.

Secondly, after getting the 'Successful' in your application, which you can check from the mydeposit website, you should be able to access to your offer letter (which says you need to submit all of the required documents within 30 days from the date of the offer letter) and all the forms and checklist of what you should be submitting (this includes 2 copies of your S&P, letter from your developer, etc).

In summary, I think in your case, the developer should not be getting any money from the government at the moment since you have not submitted anything back. And the fact that it is only RM20k, sounds a bit dodgy to me. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Thanks. smile.gif

Yes....agree with you..In website, still "dalam process" status...
This is why i have no idea what doc is needed...

By the way, is that anyway to verify that developer say already in 20k?
Or may be 30k (developer cheating me)....

If it is still "dalam process", then most likely the developer is cheating you. One way (and probably the only way) to verify your developer's claim is to go to KPKT and ask them yourself.

As for why your developer is telling you such thing, is probably to make you fully commit with the purchase of the property. Have you signed your S&P?

Today i went to putrajaya office and submmit formal letter in order to extend 1 more month due date. The officer just put a stamp on my letter and verbally told me letter has been accepted. Just worry i have nothing to prove JPN has been agreed to extend submission due date. Anyone here try to ask for extend submission due date before?
