PRIMA is so expensive and doesn’t follow appropriate market rate

For example in Melaka, the starting is 180k and most expensive is 240k for prima house for max 1000 sqft

However the normal market price is you can get 240k for a double storey house that you can rent or sell in 5 years

So why would anyone buy a prima house in Melaka?

Tidak Lulus for me as well.

Anybody from Kumpulan 3 got it? They dont even give a reason why rejected, I am sure I met all their requirements...

Most likely those falling under Group 3 would have the result as "tidak lulus" since their Quota is full for this round. The determining factor on whether an applicant falls under which Group is not when they applied for the Scheme, but its actually on how strong their case is (read: the lower your income, the higher your chance of succeeding; hence Group 1 applicants consists of applicants who have a stronger case).


Unfortunately they do not keep track of each applicant's reason for rejection as well...

Just for further info, an applicant which has an almost similar income and bought the same project as me got rejected in kumpulan 3 while mine was approved in kumpulan 1. The reason they provide above might not be necessarily true.

Same here. Called kpkt end of may, they said as long as there's no instruction from new minister to cancel, they will proceed to process all applications.

Almost 2 month.. everyday i check status on kpkt website 😆, hope they will continue this scheme.

I have taken some legal advice and intend to take legal action for them to simply reject my application for no reason. Those who got rejected from MyDeposit can join me. Please leave me a PM and we can discuss further steps.

Bro, thousands of people are applying for it everyday. thousands of them are rejected, do you have to take it this far? Legal action?

Do you know there's a quota for mydeposit? I believed the quota is already full. and it's a valid reason.

Unless you applied EARLIER which is in January, then you have a better chance.

But hey relax. Even those who were successful and got tawaran bersyarat, still didn't get the money (at least for me ).

How do you check the payment status?
