Hardcopy. Either by hand or courier. Preferably by hand, as they will check all the documents on the spot, and they can tell you immediately if the docs are complete or not.

I submitted application on 24.01.2018. Get LO bersyarat on 31.03.2018 (yes, I went to the ceremony at pwtc). Get all documents prepared (my developer is very cooperative, credit to them). Send all the docs by hand at Level 30, KPKT on 16.04.2018. An officer checked my docs on the spot and its complete. He said that the docs will be sent to Kewangan afterwards. Now just need to wait for the final result (or the money?)

Does anyone know how to check if I am in Kumpulan 2 or Kumpulan 3 for the mydeposit?

If after 1st May still show Dalam Proses means 3rd kumpulan... The bottom of the banner red colour there got mention ma...

And for those who already sign SPA what is the procedure to add the clause onto the SPA about cannot sell for 10 years?

After approval u can download from website and print out.
Standard SPA no amendment required, only need to sign lampiran provided by KPKT for 10 year rule. BTW 10 years start count from SPA date, not VP date...

Do I need to re-stamp the SPA?

Do you mind to email me the documents needed? Im actually going overseas for 20 days in May so I want to prepare the documents first if not sure wont be able to meet the 30 days deadline

I submitted the documents needed last tuesday..after checked by the officer in charge,i passed..yeay! Then i have to wait about two months for the kpkt issue payment to the developer. Meanwhile still have 1 last step,it is with lawyer,they need to do something about 10 years memoratum..

pitcop86 Still got meh? I thought ended at February this year from what I read at the official sites.

FYI office hour is 8am-5pm. Just go to level 30 and there will be signs pointing to the MyDeposit section. They will accept deferment of Kumpulan 1 until latest 30 May 2018.

Now is the conditional approval after MyDeposit processed the applications submitted before 15 Feb 2018.

Can we change our s&p date?

I perhaps you need to deal with developer. Is it necessary to change the date? You sign in 2017?
