Hi guys! Appreciate if any1 can let me know the following information:

1) Where can I upload or where shall i use the "Surat tawaran /pengesahan terkini pembelian rumah daripada pemaju perumahan berlesen"? Because this doc is not required in the application form.

2) How can I get the "Surat sokongan dan pengesahan pemimpin tempatan"? Download from where? How and where can I get an authorised person to sign for me? After i get this surat successfully, where can I upload it or where shall i use it? Because this doc is not required in the application form.

You can't see these from your profile, where you update only your particulars with "HANTAR' showing at the bottom.

You can google search who is the authorised person(s) for the area you're staying and contact them to ask if they can sign it for you, then go and give them to sign. You may not get it immediately if they are not around at that time.

It's best you use pc to update. I just use my phone to screenshot for you to see where the MOHON button is at MyDeposit webpage. I suspect you are at PROFILE SAYA webpage, that's why you can't see those upload links.

Better go and get all docs signed fast, the closing date is in a week's time.

Thanks for your replied.

I tried to click the Mohon but then it said that my profile is still not yet complete to continue. I am now awaiting for my CCRIS Report. I am getting so stressed here and don't know when can I get the report. I had sent to BN since last week and ytd tried to contact them and said it is being process.

Do anyone here got the Surat Sokongan Pemimpin Tempatan form? icon_question.gif Can email to me (yanhui84@hotmail.com) so that I can get that sign while waiting for my CCRIS Report. Thank you so much for the help! icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

My developer unwilling to wait for 2 mths. The staff told me that he got customers using MyDeposit also but doesnt need to extend to sign the SPA. But I read from the website that we cant sign the SPA before the result is out.

Guys, can I know the proper procedure? I have done mine as below:

1) Place a booking with developer
2) Registered at MyDeposit and get all the relevant docs and submit
3) Wait for the results after closing dates for 2 mths
4) Results out then sign the SPA

Is it correct? Thanks..

I just emailed to the developer to request to extend the signing of SPA and what I got are all rejections. From the sales, to the manager, to the GM. mad.gif mad.gif Now i wanna email to the CEO of the developer. If not, then I will email to the Executive Chairman. I am just wondering why developers does not align with the scheme provided by the government.

But..... i just realised I key in wrongly the country code for my company's contact and i cant edit anymore since i already submitted.. Sent an email to the government and asked them what can i do. hopefully its not anything important that will affect the approval... finger-crossed!

Just called them. Kumoulan 2 result will be out before 1st of May. And my appointment with my developer is on 28/4. Finger crossed that the result will be out by next week!
