Im the last batch of kumpulan and its show berjaya, but there are no way for developer to let me delay my spa signing for so long, so i signed it at last year june already.

Obtain my loan at november 2016, loan agreement signed at last week where still yet to stamping.

Am i still eligible for the offer??? As i know we should only sign spa after their aproval, right??? 😢😢😢

Dear Sifu-Sifu who already submit the documents, as per Lampiran B1 Surat Akuan Bersumpah, does it means we need to present at the office to Bersumpah ? can we send the documents by post?

If you have applied for Year 2016 MyDeposit, once you log in SPRN web sites, you should be able to see MyDeposit at the top of the page and there will be an arrow at the right hand side of MyDeposit...from there, you can check your application status whether is Berjaya or Tidak Berjaya.

As read from$ previous post, we seems need to deliver the ready documents to Putrajaya by-hand...cannot use post

is this the Loan offer letter? not the loan agreement right?

I submitted my application in May 2016. And signed S&P in June 2016 and loan agreement in August 2016. Only received the "Berjaya" notification in late August 2016 and submitted all the final documents in October 2016. Received money in late November 2016.

As far as I know, it shouldn't be a problem if you signed S&P earlier. Just make sure it's not even before you first apply for this scheme (in my case, applied May, signed S&P after that in June). Hope this helps.
