Suggestion to MPSJ - The Proton Edar junction to be closed... all turned LEFT via IOI Business Park T-junction - Close the U-turn under the LDP ramp also.

When you move the traffic away from the bottle neck, it will alleviate the problem. And not LDP re-open the old U-turn... the "temp" U-turn was much better location. Forgotten about the existing alternative road for those from bkt jalil. They should use the existing alternative road just after the shell stn & not to use the narrow left turn.
