I kept track of the speed pattern today, they are as follow:

Throughout the day until 9pm, I was able to get full speed 300 Mbps.

After 9pm, the speed started to drop, speed around 180 Mbps.

The thing is it happening consistently every night around the same period of time, kind like something systematic (throttling) and it affecting a lot of users.

If this is something causing by congestion, it should be a lot more random in the time period and speed.

Either one of the factors also means TIME is having issues on its network.

Yesterday I was not at home, not tested

Down since 5:30pm, called to TIME CS, he said fiber broken cause my outage, unable to provide any further info

3 more days but tomorrow Friday is the last working day before the deadline

2 times of “emergency” in a few days

More than 2 weeks of slow connection in night time and 2 times of downtime without notice in this week

1) 25/9/2018 5:30pm
2) 28/9/2018 11:30am

Hope not anymore in coming days....

Not getting any speed upgrade yet despite modem and router restart, KL area

Fast.com speed result tends to be inflated one, speedtest.net is more accurate
