I kept track of the speed pattern today, they are as follow:

Throughout the day until 9pm, I was able to get full speed 300 Mbps.

After 9pm, the speed started to drop, speed around 180 Mbps.

After 10pm, the speed further dropped to below 100 Mbps.

Around 10:10pm, dropped to 60 Mbps below.

Around 10:30-11:00pm, dropped to 50 Mbps below.

After 11pm, the speed started to return, recovered to 110 Mbps.

The thing is it happening consistently every night around the same period of time, kind like something systematic (throttling) and it affecting a lot of users.

If this is something causing by congestion, it should be a lot more random in the time period and speed.

Either one of the factors also means TIME is having issues on its network.

Fast.com speed result tends to be inflated one, speedtest.net is more accurate
