Hi, is there a way to properly check Time speeds? I find that websites are getting slower to load and some videos keep buffering. However, when I VPN to my office, no more buffering issues. speedtest.net isn't a good test as we all know it is usually QOS it.

And yes, it's on wired connection
*
TIME suggest to do the speed test at their official website, http://speed.time.com.my/, but any test is going to be inaccurate if you have QoS enabled.

My TIME is down and up multiple times between 11:30am and 11:45am just now, sad to see it more unstable than UniFi 😔

Hi,

May I know which Router are you using?

We suggest you to perform a direct connection to the Fiber 'Modem' (ONU), and monitor to see if such disconnection issue persists.

Thanks.
*
I am using MikroTik router, one that served me well on UniFi for years...

Yes, this is a known problem, but it's not TIME issue, have you tried to configure IPv6 DNS ? If not, please kindly proceed with that.

Thanks.
*
Yes, I tried. In fact I configured the IPv6 DNS servers from Google and CloudFlare from the beginning. 😞

Looks more like a free ice-cream than speed upgrade.... dry.gif

It sounds like something one-time per year, so not something like speed upgrade or price reduction...

Hopefully something along the line of 500mb, 1gb and 1.5gb

More than 1 Gbps needs a lot of change in hardware, so I guess 300, 500 and 1000 Mbps rclxms.gif

I think they gonna suffer from congestion in the international traffic, the speed they provide is only between your house and their local network, no guarantee on international

Hi. I'm still new to TIME.

I've subscribe to Nordvpn for my personal use.

Is there any setting/tweak that I can use to further improve my internet connection when using nordvpn?

Can I set it up via the router directly and how?

Thanks.

The Communications and Multimedia Ministry released a statement highlighting that several news portals have wrongly stated in their articles that strict action will be taken against telecommunications companies that fail to reduce broadband prices by the end of this month.

I found IPv6 with TIME having issues with many websites, especially Apple websites like App Store and Apple Music, they cannot load at all until I disable IPv6.

Is there anyone else has similar experience?

Same here, my download around 2-3 Mbps and high rate of packet loss now. mad.gif
