Slow on the night of 12/9, slow again on the night of 13/9.  Reported, customer service line says no issues with network.  Getting only 40+Mbps download on a 100Mbps line, upload is fine at around 90+Mbps, speedtest to Time's own servers.  Bangsar area.

Either Time is lying when they say there are no network issues, or I'm lying.  You be the judge based on reports from other forumers in this thread lately wink.gif

I have both Time and Maxis fibre.  I can consistently max out my 10Mbps Maxis line downloading from my server in Europe; on Time, I get <40Mbps.  Coupled with the fact that Time still hasn't got the guts to announce their "new" packages, I highly recommend Maxis over Time if you have a choice.
*
You still can get 40 Mbps, my 300 Mbps line is getting under 10 Mbps two nights in a row... sad.gif

The speed returned normal during day time, but suffered again in the night time, hope not again tonight...

Sadly, my speedtest is 40Mbps, but when downloading from my Europe server, only 8-12Mbps, you say good or not leh?  cry.gif  doh.gif

I am not expecting any better tonight.  Which area are you in?  Have you lodged a report?
*
I speedtest with TIME server leh, if oversea server I can't imagine cry.gif

I am around Old Klang Road, I reported via Facebook Message to TIME, no useful answer so far

the ping is horrible since last week..im not exaggerating

other than fast youtube and fast game update (due to 100mbps), TIME for me is awful ping and have soft disconnect issue. even Streamyx (not unifi) is more reliable. now i dont know to choose which one. or go with TIME + Battleping/WTFast. in term of stability TIME is lousy
*
Yes, I can confirm this, my ping is poorer than usual during night time in this week

Just ran a speed test (500Mbps plan and now getting 5Mbps) at my brother's house at Kuchai Lama. He noticed the high latency and speed slowdown since last weekend. This happened every day from 8pm to 1145pm since last week.

Actually since last 2 weekend, the speed around 5-20Mbps every night and yes high latency

Got a reply from TIME after my MCMC submission on my case, they said no issues with their network, the blame and fault is on me.

No one bothered to call me up to try to diagnose the situation, just one email with standard copy and paste reply.

This company is not scared of the government la, simply close customer problems so easily!  Be aware of this should you choose to subscribe ya  brows.gif

WTF!? Show them the posts here, we have so many users with the same issue here, I will do my part to submit to MCMC today

isit after 9pm?

my case is every night after 9pm sharp speed was throttled by time dotcom.
But your speed is still higher than mine, i only got less than 20mbps
*
I cannot confirm the exact timeframe, but my download speed after 10pm every night definitely super slow and high latency for more than a week.

I posted a lot of test results here in this post showing this problem, some days I also got less than 5 Mbps and there is one or two days I got less than 1 Mbps! vmad.gif

I wish i can switch. I just subscribed on 8 of september through on of the forummer here. Now super regret about the provider.
*
I am so regret too, last times even UniFi got issue, they will try to investigate and give me updates throughout their check until my problem is fixed, now this TIME is literally no care, just close the support ticket without investigation and no explanation and blame the users ranting.gif

    (b)
    ©

4) Router Model

5) Have you performed SpeedTest with LAN connection direct to ONU ? If so please attach your screenshot (you know why).

We will help you to file all the complaints all in one shot to them to resolve. Please pm me your email to keep you in the loop during the complaints.

Thanks.
*
Hi Bro,

Thanks for your help, I sent you my details in PM.

Basically the download speed drops to 2-20 Mbps every night and returns to normal around 2-3am, this happens consistently every day in the past week.

TIME support is literally non-existent, they just put blame on customers and close our tickets. mad.gif
