Unfortunately, there is no coverage in ipoh areas at the moment.

Currently on KL and Penang only for now.

Hi, Using LAN to test right?

Try to reset your Wi-Fi Router. Set up PPPoE connection again.

If you're using D-Link 850l model. A few customer with this model having issues like speed drop.

Did you try to restart your ONU?

Hi, is the tel 1 ONU light steady on?

Make sure you plug on the ONU tel 1 port, not the Wi-Fi Router port.

ONU aka fibre modem. The white huawei ONU unit.

Got dialling tone?

Can your phone receive calls?

When the technician came got install the DECT Phone?

If no, have to set up something in the ONU Terminal.

Contact CS to send technician to set up your number on the ONU unit.

It could be that the number line is set up in the Terminal Unit yet.

Hi, what happen to your connection?
Is your LOS light blinking?
If yes, contact TIME CS to solve the fibre cable cut, stolen or lose.
If no, try to reset your WiFi router.

Check around your neighbor whom using TIME.
Go ask them if they have the same issue like slow connection.

The provided is suitable for 1 user.

As for that, one of the customer said that the stock router signal unable to detect while in the room in the big apartment/condo.

LAN 2 - 4 have no traffic.

Kindly use the switch like this.

Use the switches so have more available port.

For 5 Ports only 4 Ports available as 1 port is for cable to connect from router to the switch
For 8 Ports only 7 Ports available as 1 port is for cable to connect from router to the switch

Hope this clarify your issue.
