it depend wifi configuration,wifi environment whether is crowded with 2.4ghz or not,depend ur layout etc etc etc

after 7pm u call CS very hard time someone will answer the phone..
email also..omg...at night send email to their email..guess what,second day i call manage get one of their CS answer and fix my problem..few day later they only reply my email and fix the problem..best part..Henry became Hendry? dafuq?
