I would like to share this with everybody regarding my termination of unifi services after i subscribed to time broadband.
I emailed tm and also liased with them thru online support and they told me i must go to tmpoint outlet to cancel the unifi services being reason they require my thumbprint. I believe this is stupid procedure and nit fair to us. Why they need our thumbprint ? Why subscribe the service does not require thumbprint whereby termination need ? I need to apply half day to settle this matter as my company is strict on attendance. This is totally a stupid procedure by tm.
Next i would like to raise complaint regarding the termination penalty of RM500. I subscribed to unifi in year 2013 and suppose no more contract bound as already more than 3 years but they claimed that i upgraded my package to 30Mbps last year in 2015 and i still bound with 24month new contract. What i want to say is during upgrading of package done by their tele-marketer, they did not provide me with new router and modem. Why should i paid for the penalty ? They called me to upgrade the package when my first subscription's 24 months contract was about to expire. What if i cancel my subscription on that time and apply a new subscription, i believe they will supply new modem and router, right ? Then it is fair for them to charge me for RM 500 penalty. They never supply me with new modem and router, why should i pay for the penalty ?
Now i would like to find out how to claim the compensation for not achieving the speed as the package i subscribe. My first package is 20Mbps and i never get this speed thru out the 24months contract. I got only +-10Mbps. I also never got 30Mbps after upgraded package. It is about 10Mbps also and sometime close to 20Mbps. How to claim our losses ?
Last time we only have TM, nowadays got many telco offer broadband. Dont be too arrogant. Your service is lousy, TM. Fxxk TM.
Did tele marketer tell u if u upgrade the package it will renew contract?
and do u read their TnC?
Modem is lifetime warranty so rosak can claim new wan foc..
as my case for unifi they upgrade speed and renew contract..telemarketer only tell me contract renew no say new router and modem

as for ur speed problem.did u call TM about the speed problem?
if no, billing department unable to waive it..
i got 2 ISP one Time one Unifi.
Time dint give me problem yet as in term of speed and ping.
as for Unifi got few problem but TM manage solve it so i happy but i also want cancel soon
