What the F. Why do people buy units that are almost 1k psf and do these cheapo subdivide renovations.

I get that it works in the lower end market but that’s not what SDB is about. Boggles the mind.

I think cause they did a Moroccan/Arabic type design which is interesting and quite beautiful.

The question is would this type of design be a deterrent or rather is not helpful in this particular area and the demographics. If so, it’s a big Red Cross for the product development team.

SDB units are becoming increasingly common in the Lelong market. Should be 20-30% loss at auction.

The layouts are great for a luxury feel ie 2 bed in 1k sqft. Very hard for investment.

The clincher is the 800 sqft one only has one bathroom. If ppl die die wanna force it into an investment then be prepared to take a price hit.

Doubt you can get 300 psf in KV nowadays unless it’s rumahwip or very old.

SDB is fast becoming the purveyor of very high quality auction units. Feel sorry for their fans.

30-50% wealth loss in their recent VP projects.

Very good business for commercial. It’s just other condos that suffer.

This Una for example is being dragged towards their price point. Instant capital loss for those projects that sold close to 1k psf although Sunway is strangely immune.
