From another point of view, they are not entirely wrong either for using the term "unlimited". Basically many telcos are using it to state that you will be connected to the Internet even after finishing up your quota. Usually there will be a fineprint to mention that there will be a certain amount of GB of high-speed Internet and after exceeding this quota then the speed will be reduced.

They will only be wrong if they advertise as "unlimited high speed Internet".

Complaint has been done to SKMM, and besides that I also get another new sim card as replacement. Just wana do full "body check-up"

digi: yes
you: but why there is a quota of 15gb?
digi. the fup for the unlimited is 15gb. but u still can use the internet at 64kbps max.
you: but why te 64kbps stops at 500mb?
digi: there is a fup for that 64kbps too which is 500mb.
you: is the 500mb 64kbps called basic internet?
digi: yes.

My line always cut off for 20 min very day in the evening cm I know why?

Yea , maintain same number but different telco , but will stick to digi ... Celcom not for me for sure

im a prepaid user , previously before using digi .. im a xpax celcom user , but there is a time when i need to make a call , network busy .. that makes me change to digi , till now okey , get lots of bonus here and there , no wonder digi one of the choices for indon maid , hahaha

remembering the days when the other telco users laughing at us being the widest 2G-only network... ah those are the days...

I am wondering when Malaysia also going to stop 2G network and follow suit the neighbour country's footsteps...

from umobile > celcom first basic > umobile p70 now wanna go to digi 78?
not remeber much.

using Umobile last time really good. (UMI50 something)
but no 4g that time. till celcom come out offer basic plan.
port to celcom, but line kinda worst. even around KL sometimes no signal.
and that time my billing around 50-70. see umobile come out new unlimited call jus around 70.
Grab that and now kinda regret coz line bloody sucks.
even sometimes i need using my digi as internet thetring.

Since yesterday evening the Digi 4G signal in my area has been very up and down; from very good to non-existent.

It's been cycling through 3G > H > 4G > 🚫 and back again.  Maybe they're upgrading the network.

I don't know, because I'm now on Hotlink.

Yep, was using their FIRST Basic 38, very cheap + lots of data. However, the line sucks can't even use the data. Hopefully Digi, will be different .

Yep. Anyways, I live in SJ so the line should be good for all Telco but idk why celcom is so weird.
