I think they allocate less speed per user so that no one can abuse the connection. You are only promised 5mbps and above 80% of the time. Thry might not be able to show off their speed, but atleast no one will complain it is congested.

well you're could be right smile.gif

Digi alllocates RM904m for capex this year
QUOTE
rm904 mil to improve its network and expand its coverage.

Digi has spent RM171 million in the first quarter ended March 31, 2016.

Digi would focus on improving its long-term evolution (LTE) and LTE Advance network and increase its current coverage of 77% in the first quarter this year versus 33% in the corresponding quarter last year.

Digi would also focus on the speed of the LTE roll-out.

the company would give priority to expanding its subscriber-based and Internet segments.

Looks promising. Now if only they can simplify their plans. DiGi is probably the only telco now that has so many different variants of their postpaid plans (even their prepaid too).
*
guess that also underway

in the process of evaluation biggrin.gif

We should also take a moment to appreciate Digi's website too, theirs is the cleanest and easiest to navigate compared to others. Maxis is not too bad. Celcom's webpage is abysmal.  laugh.gif

I stay in Sibu town area, Sarawak. LTE 4G mode. With only 3 bars out of 4 bars signal. I guess is mostly MNP issue which the process is not being done properly.
*
3 of 4 bars won't have drop call. It's confirm network issue..
