Not sure what happened on my Digi line.
The phone can dialed out, but when I try to make incoming call, it rang from the caller phone. But the Digi line not ringing at all. After minutes, it should sms that I have miss calls.

Also, I can't configured call forwarding on my line also
*
Have you accidentally forced 4g only on your phone? That would cause your phone to be unable to switch to 3G to receive calls.

I read the Smart Plan 148 has been updated with more data and voice, do I get updated to this new Smart Plan 148? Since both is same plan.

I think drop call got something to do with networking..When 3g change to 4g the line will drop for few second..

I saw it when my digi change from edge to 3g and next to 4g
*
Maybe 3g is too congested so it dropped to 2g hmm.gif

Digi happy with their 4g network already?

Digi 4G LTE Carnival starts tomorrow until 30 June

Lastest population coverage report is at 73%, slowing down much more than before. Perhaps they are alocating most of the CAPEX to improve on the density of the LTE network in preparation for VOLTE? rclxms.gif

EDIT: Also, are they still pushing harder for more subscribers? This is a nationwide thing blink.gif They better make sure their network is going to be able to handle it, else bangwall.gif

Anyone here signed the note 5 plan with crappy 4GB gets a free upgrade ????

It's damn silly whereby they are offering such freaking good deals to new signers (without any plan) whereby they neglected those who signed plan with them ...

and damn hell its only been 5 months into my plan ..... 2 yrs in total .. zzzz
*
As much as I love Digi, this seriously pisses me off. Try calling them else report to SKMM

That's great. In the reply email I got from DiGi says DiGi Postpaid 80 is not eligible for this offer. I guess the CS was wrong.
*
Technically Postpaid 80 is just Postpaid 78+RM2 for 3GB weekend.

QUOTE(theberry @ May 23 2016, 10:53 PM)
dont need much call. but probably 3-5gb shareable quota for 2 devices for principal and sup.

less than RM60-70 for 2 devices got?
i dont know pricing.
*
I think the cheapest would be RM121 for 2 devices with unlimited calls and 7.5GB shareable between principal and supplementary line.
It can be broken down into Primary ( SP28+RM10 Internet Sharing+RM10 Unlimited Calls) and supplementary (RM28+RM10 Unlimited Calls) with an extra 7GB(RM35).

If Digi allows the removal of the unlimited calls add on, you can opt for this option 2.
(SP48+RM10 Internet Sharing) for principal line and (RM28) for supplymentary. Note that the unlimited call add ons is missing. This option will have 3 GB shareable between to devices but only the principal line has 100 calls & sms. This will cost you RM86.

Too bad cannot reach the desired budget of your but oh well... sad.gif

Cause currently this is the only Band Malaysian telco support.. but anyway u can try others see if your phone manage to catch some new new signal.
*
Digi's 4G runs on Band 3 & 7, and so does Maxis' & Celcom's. Umobile currently runs their 4G network on Band 7 only.

Digi's 4G was initially launched with only band 7 support. smile.gif

Nice findings. How does their performance between Band 3 and 7? Any different?
*
Band 7 has more bandwidth than Band 3, therefore band 7 is typically faster. Although so, Band 3 being a lower frequency, has been indoor penetration that band 7.
