Special number like 1300, 15454 are not included in the package.

So, it is advised to find the local normal telephone number

for example, TM call centre number

"Alternatively mobile customers can reach our TM Customer Service Centre at 1 300 888 123 and +603 2241 1290 if you are calling from overseas."

in stead of calling 130088123 directly, user can call 03-2241 1290 to avoid charges

Just mention I would like to request for the new router 850L?

Is there any installation fee or extra charges for that replacement?

I am currently using my own router, will they verify the connection?

As I know, they can check for the recent connection.

If yes, we gonna use back the old router for couple of days and fool them, huuuu~

not only TM, all ISP around the world does this, it's part of anti-attack thing.

you can use something like PingPlotter to make the traceroute

has been always using google DNS, no issue here in Penang, mainland side.

try google DNS, ipv4 and ipv6.

I did tweet them and show the screen shot...but until now no explanation given. my previous case not settle yet, for this month I got charge almost 30 ringgit for the call charges but I need to wait for this month bill first. a representative CX & Operational Planning (CXOP)
Customer Experience Management already email me that MCMC already issues this to them. anything regarding call charges will be take over by them.

TM management really lousy but is the best at the same time, TM provides the fastest reply, fast repairing work, next day on-site support for free, free repairing, etc

but at least TM has the stable line, thumbs up! thumbup.gif
