Before the technician came, my speed already goes up to 100mb. So they just come and see but nothing to do bcoz speed already stable. I even asked them why they did not bring any new btu or router, they said  dun need it for my upgrade. So just use old btu and router.

The technician also quite new to unifi thingy coz usually they handled streamyx only. Nothing mentioned about the installation charges by them. I will report to mcmc if this not settle by this week.

Nope i dun, didn't expect them to screwup this time. Will resorts to mcmc if still no follow up from TM.

When my was upgraded to 30mbps package, the contractor brought new BTU with him but didn't install it and that causes problem when I unsubscribed maxis. The TM techie came and brought a brand new BTU and replaced mine. He said the configuration of my old BTU went haywire, they were expecting the contractor to upgrade the BTU during installation. Wonder why TM need contractors who, most of the time don't know what they're doing. Stupid contractor also pull another fibre cable to my house when they already know that I've maxis active that time.

Any Unifi 50 users got call from TM offering them Unifi 100 at special price?

I'm only getting 28Mbps down on LAN with 30mbps unifi. The technician told me that it's normal cuz, bullshit.

If I fle a report, will they raise the cap? Because everyone else I know gets more than 30mbps down.

It's the stock silver ones from TM, I plan to change it too. The cable is okay, the DP pole is actually very close, just 25 meters away from my house. The Installer did say something about the loop when I asked him about the speed but I guess that's one of their bs excuses.

I received this model when I upgraded to 100MBps. From what I understand, this model is only for those who upgrade to  100MBps (Unless specified otherwise).

this is router not BTU, i got this router DIR-850L and BTU HG8240w when i upgraded to 100Mbps

guys any idea what is this RM910 charges for? during installation didnt need to pay anything and the contractor also dunno what this is.. then got this email with service acceptance form come this charges...

Since upgrade to 30mbps, i got the speed only 7mbps download and 0.2 mbps upload. Already a week rebooted so many times. Wtf.

if DIR 615 compare other TM router provide..
