Hi Guys. Just to check for 100mbps upgrade what do you guys got from TM ? BTU + Router ? or just a router ? or nothing ? I really piss right now since my speed drop to 85mbps huhuhuhu. Basket. Tomorrow really going to screw them upside down.

Just called TM request for new Modem. They will change it either Monday or Tuesday. Hope can get good speed after this. If sama juga, then bad luck lor for my case T_T

wanna check is this Huawei HG8240w the most latest BTU for striking 100mbps onwards? later they release 30mbps have to change some more lol

TM Contractor will come and do the exchange.

Checked with TM and they said is foc. Also once the TM contractor arrive I will ask them first. is it free or have to pay. if pay will ask them to go back lor or call 100 on the spot.

done. either tomorrow or day after. worry the tm technical people charge rm200 only. really F if that happen.

Ok guys. Whoever (new or upgrade) to 100mbps TM will provide new BTU + Router to you. The TM installer guy forgot to bring new BTU for my case. Just got a call from him and he apologies to me. Will be replacing my new BTU today 5.30pm and will update further.

Confirm getting it. Applied to all 100mbps as well. Must change BTU + Router according to TM.

If it's still 94mbps then I dunno what to say lor

Yah new btu but if still 94mbps after changing the new btu then I cry lah. 6mb gone with the wind T_T

What BTU ure using now bro ? U still at 97mbps ? Btw according to TM guys they said no such thing as RM200.00 payment for installation. Totally Bull Crap.

Once bill release make official complain to TM. They will waive it. Because they specifically said to me NO CHARGES for New or upgrade to 100mbps.

There have to BTU. one is HG8240W and another one is (Can't recall. According to TM tech they said depending on area. Not all area can use HG8240W. I suggest you get your installer (The one that do your 100mbps) complain to him. Say please change the other BTU.
