why you got 94mbps i am sure you BTU is not gigabit lan port i think you btu lan port 100mbps

i saw someone BTU not Gigabit lan port rj45 he get 95mbps he make complaint tm technical come replace BTU with GIGABIT PORT LAN RJ45 get hit 100mbps more
you need change BTU gigabit port RJ45 Lan

mine already got ONU-HUAWEI - HG8240w....it has 4 Gigabit Lan. but I still only manage to get 94-97Mbps average speed.

Have you tried doing a speedtest using a different pc/network card?
During my installation, when the TM guy ran the test on his laptop (wired to the router), the speed was only 94-ish, then he took a pic of it and wrote on the installation document. I asked him why cannot get 100 Mbps? He said 'can but sometimes only'
Immediately I ran a speedtest on my desktop right in front of him, and BAMMM it hit the 100.x Mbps mark.
Did it numerous times, lowest speed I got was 99.x Mbps. No reaction from the guy though. 

officially tm should change gigabit port btu for u if sign for 100Mbps package....like my case...before upgrade i am using the black huawei btu like yours, after i upgrade to 100Mbps tm send technician to change new btu for me.
