Question2. Just paid my penalty from Maxis.

Tomorrow dropping by Celcom to get their plan.

Now, once Im at Celcom do I immediately change to their new simcard or just submit request first ?

If so, when is the time Maxis will counter offer ? Using Celcom simcard or Maxis simcard ?

This part im a bit confuse
