cant do much honestly. you think those ppl who get good offer will step out? Unless there's B&W stating the offer, they could just pull it back and blame it on rogue salesman

they do care but they are caught with their pants down. their CEO should be held responsible for this

they are the top telco for a while and didnt do any future planning. while ppl are upgrading their infra, they are busy counting their money. Now Celcom drops the bomb and they are unable to react. Its evident from their MaxisOne plan. (Seriously? RM98 for 1GB? What year is it? 2010?)
