if u buy milk at tesco for RM6. next week it got discount now sell at RM5, u marah tesco ah?

but nonetheless...... maxis punya handling of the issue also suck la.... hahahahah

dei, different scenario la

it's like you buy milk from tesco for rm6
and continue paying rm 6 for milk

but i shop at aeon, so tesco wants me to buy milk, start to offer milk at rm5
now i buy milk from tesco at rm5, but you still pay rm6 for the same milk

not only maxis is using this way not? I personally used maxis, digi and currently celcom. When i port out of digi last time, they offered me 50% discount for my plan that time for 6 months, but i still port to celcom after 6 months rclxms.gif

Same like any relationship that you care about lor. If you risk losing your best friend, wouldn't you go the extra mile to make things better?

The way I see it, ppl will complain if they care about the service or the company. The scariest situation is that nobody bothers or talks about it.

Hi Guys / Girls,

Maxis.. oops I mean Maxshit.. is really doing "good" by giving those who want to plot out or move out their "special" offers!

"Special offers" to be conned and trapped for the next 2,6, 12 or 24 months with the rebate and then back to the blood sucking expensive price of RM128, 158, 188.

Are you all sure you want this?

I've moved to Celcom and am enjoying the peace of mind. Of course change will be painful, like for me. Had to request the plot into Celcom 3 times!!! Bloody dirty tricks Maxis!! Until I went to The Gardens, Mid Valley Maxshit Centre and threaten them I will complain to MCMC. Then finally 3rd time only successful plot out. But hey now it's easy right. Heard there is a whatsapp number straight to MCMC. So those who want to join Celcom, Digi or Umobile can just complain if you face nonsense from Maxshit.

It is understandable that those elderly wouldn't know how to check and switch
Like my parent, call to SC, those stupid numbering ordering and waiting is enough to make them hang up the call
Not to mention those unresistable brainwash talk

Ported out to Celcom today. Went to Maxis to terminate line, the staff just said ok. Must be too many people doing that til he give up. I should have flashed my new Celcom sim card in front of other customers while doing that, wasted!

Enquired about terminating my line only, didn't terminate yet. I signed up the application form with Celcom, within 24-48 hours, Maxis will send a msg to me to confirm to terminate the line. Once done, I can use my Celcom sim card edi.
