How can they explain on the sudden counter offers when people port out to other telcos? This was obviously not a targeted campaign!
I was "selected" as one who received a special offer only when I voiced out my opinion on this. |

Ported out to Celcom today. Went to Maxis to terminate line, the staff just said ok. Must be too many people doing that til he give up. I should have flashed my new Celcom sim card in front of other customers while doing that, wasted!
