Already on the phone with them for the whole afternoon. After 6 calls problem still exists. That is why want to find out if anyone else have the same problem.

anyone know how to MNP and also purchase the SP FAT10 / SP FATVOICE at the same time

1. at the buy10GB free 10GB page
- the page request me to select new number only instead of keying my MNP number

2. at the MNP / switch now page
- it has the option to key in existing number but I cannot make purchase for the SP FAT10 package

Hello there !

For mnp, you have to successfully port-in to onexox before you can purchase SP FAT10 / FATVOICE. It is not possible to subscribe to any of onexox offering if your number is not a registered and active onexox subscriber.

Different from new starter packs, whereby the numbers already belongs to onexox (in-system) and is waiting for activation thus able to subscribe to any season pass immediately.

For mnp, please do this:
1. Complete the mnp process.
2. After successful mnp activation, topup the required amount to subsribe SP FAT10 and/or SP FATVOICE

If you find the online purchase troublesome then I suggest finding an authorized deale near you to perform the mnp. The dealer will be able to assist/guide with your topups/subscriptions and attend to all your queries.

is there a validity period for them ?
I know the free 10GB must be consumed within 1 months.
How about the core 10GB and 333 minutes ?

So I just submit MNP online, wait for SIM delivery, start the MNP verification, top up $$, buy FAT/VOICE plan, subcribe to plan, wait for 28mth validity, thats all right?

Hello there,

FAT10 and FATVOICE Season Pass remains valid until your number is terminated. If your number have validity until ex: 1/1/2020 then all Season Pass balance is also valid until 1/1/2020. If later you topup rm30 and the account validity extends to 31/1/2020 then season pass validity will also follow. If you also subscribe to 1 year extended validity to 31/1/2021 then again season pass follows this new validity.

Yes, you are correct with the mnp steps .... except that when you successfully mnp 1st time to onexox, you will immediately get 28 months validity (no need to wait for it).

No need to inform celcom

Just clear the outstanding bill & submit mnp registration

Do you still have this problem? I also got this problem with my Digi before, not only can't receive and sending SMS but also people can't call me. So I just swap the simcard to other phone and the problem solved.😊

Yes, you are correct ... The tnc is referring to Special Season Pass FAT for new subscribers (starter pack or mnp) which can only be bought within 10 days of activation/registration.

Normal daily season pass is always available for purchase by existing subscribers.

my wife registered 10 family last night. this morning my wife call me about 33sec
why been caj 18sen, not 12sen?

when 10 family will activate ?

Hello there !

There was a technical error affecting a few systems that occurred this morning which lasted until about 12:35pm/12:40pm ... I was only made aware of the technical error an hour ago but I do not know which area was really affected.

I suggest that you check your calling records against FnF number list in the self-care website. If there is any discrepancy, please lodge a report with customer service at 12273. It is not the amount that matters. Your report will help them identify weaknesses or errors that they are unaware and correct them. This helps prevent such issue (even minor ones) from affecting others.
