SUBANG: XOX Mobile, Malaysia’s first mobile virtual network operator, targets two million subscribers this year.

That is celcom call-me-tone ... Happened to one of our celcom mnp ported to onexox too. This is celcom's fault for not maintaining their CMT database.

To be clear, the 22990 is making a voice call not sending premium sms. Onexox blocks premium sms content. Just block the number 22990 and forget about it. If you have missing credits then check in selfcare and lodge report to CS.

My onexox cannot receive any verification from wechat or Uber, and much more apps I think.
Only one that can receive verification code is Whatsapp.
