This XOX not like other telco provide free from micro SIM card to Nano SIM. (unless you lost your SIM card)

However good news is, XOX now implement 3-in-1 SIM card (mini, micro & nano SIM) type, so you can easily switch your SIM card from nano SIM to micro SIM anytime (in case your phone faulty)

But this 3-in-1 SIM card currently available in XOX HQ there, not sure about the dealer have 3-in-1 SIM or not.. (depend their blank SIM stock)
If dealer have, you can walk in to the dealer and change the SIM card.

Currently what I know, not much dealer have get 3-in-1 SIM card from HQ. So they will sell finish off those 2-in-1 (mini & micro SIM) type first, and get order again all new 3-in-1 SIM.

The SIM cost is RM10.. include postage to your place...

They will assist you how the SIM card replacement procedure from HQ there..

Sometimes the dealer will cut the SIM card into nanoSIM, unable to put back microSIM already.
Prefer use original XOX SIM card with 3-in-1 because they use laser-cut the SIM card adapter..

Any cost for mnp to xox prepaid?
Currently not need internet for xox as I got another num for webe.

For the number switch to xox is to retain the number in active state (which not need top up monthly)
