same in math, the nisbah 1. you have to know the divider and calculate the fsb.

eg, your case: 230fsb
fsb:ram
1:1 = 230:230
5:4 = 230:184
3:2 = 230:153

Wah.. Everyone is sharing their S478 story here huh.. Im in! laugh.gif My rigs served for me for around 4years already. Only upgraded procs and mobo before. From old time AsRock board to current p4p800 deluxe and from procs 2.4A to 3.0E. Hehe.. Anyways, 478 still rox for the time being. There are still many ppl looking for 478 board at the market. But sad that, no more manufacturer are producing already. sweat.gif

By the way, will P4P800E-Deluxe bios works for P4P800 Deluxe? brows.gif Feeling like wanna flash my currently one into E-Deluxe bios. laugh.gif My board maximum vdimm only 2.85v eh. Is that normal? Suppose Deluxe series board have better OC selection? hmm.gif


P/s: Oh yea.. Wanna sell off my GC. Anyone interested? laugh.gif

Owh? For that, i not sure. I get this card just for display (well.. p4p800 dont have onboard vga) and some light gaming like maple. biggrin.gif: For normal use i think should be no problem la.

Edit: Just i know i can hit around 3.8k 3Dmark03 with this card and my rigs. blush.gif

LOL! Thx for the info. Yea.. Due to financial limitation, my 7900GS still stucked at my office store room. Guess maybe need 2 more months saving then can bring it home. biggrin.gif So i just barely get a 9800PRO from a forumer here for low cost. brows.gif Guess will arrive by 2morw.. That 9800PRO is modable to XT. drool.gif

Btw, tried new speed with my rigs. Fsb 240 * 15 = 3.6Ghz, timing 3-4-4-8 the loosen tat i can archived with my mobo @ 2.75vdimm and blend my CPU with orthos and it declare restart after 4mins of blendins. Whats the problem? My vcore remain refault. Is it vcore not enough? hmm.gif As my core is Prescott, i dare not to increase the vcore..

Haiz... Ordered Galaxy 7900GS but cannot take it home due got accident past few week fund was used to repair my mobile. cry.gif So gota let tat card lie at store room for another 1 or 2 month lo. sweat.gif

Just bought a 9800PRO from a forumer here. With the price below 200. brows.gif 170 for the card. Thou only 128mb but i think is enough since that card is powerful enough. biggrin.gif

Hm.. My mobo setting for the lowest vcore is 1.6v le. Abit scare to increase it. 1.5 is unavailable on the bios. doh.gif Hehe! PSU? Still the cap palang iCubte 500Watt. No fund to change hardware by now. Used for repair my car. Thats more important.. No car then cant work and no income! laugh.gif

default vcore is around 1.3v - 1.4v. Well u know that the voltage is not stable. biggrin.gif Any p4p800 dlx user here? Mind to share which version of bios is the most stable for OCing? Im currently use the 1019.005 version.

Yea.. Guess that. Just checked my system using CTIAW and found that my PAT was disabled. cry.gif So sad, so the only way to enable it is just by flashing in a modded bios? Hm.. Read some reviews, and most of them are say the same thing. PAT only enable when FSB = 200, everything more then 200 will get it be disable. hmm.gif

Haha. Not just you malu.. Even though myself also felt the same thing. Hm.. Didnt know about about old school yet. Btw, just changed my GC to 9800PRO and did a 3Dmark03. Only score 7.1+k. Is that normal? laugh.gif Abit side track i know.. Sorry! notworthy.gif

Got 7.1k score with default setting. Was thinking should i get a better cooling and mod that card to XT? Since its using XT PCB and have all the XT's component. drool.gif

Oh yea! Will try to OC the card if got the time. Just im very surprise with the score! Hehe! Never use such a great card before.. laugh.gif

Yea.. Found an Socket A heatsink in the drawer which are collecting dust then bring it home after get permission from supervisor. Now have to borrow the TOOLS from my dad and start this project.. Hm.. Guess dont have to cut the heatsink since im not using too much PCI slot. Let be it in the normal form will do already. biggrin.gif
