Like that i am sure sure about this already.Mine is BT not DT. DT can easily hit 250MHz.Normally BT should be around 230MHz like that.

GAT if not wrong only available in abit mobo. Never use abit mobo before, dont know whats that. I think is something like additional tweak on memory, just like PAT in asus.

QUOTE(shinjite @ Jan 25 2007, 11:28 PM)
basically GAT is PAT in Abit boards smile.gif
Tweaking the memory for better performance, sadly my RAM can't use PAT....sheesshh

oh okay...erm.dumb question here but whats PAT laugh.gif i know my asus mobo has it but im not sure what is it for or how to enable it laugh.gif blush.gif

PAT = Performace acceleration technology
About your ASUS board, I am not sure myself as I didn't play with ASUS boards

raymod5105 : You're wrong, BT can achieve high FSB at loose timings, some hand pick ones can even do 250Mhz 1:1 with 2.5/3/3/x. The later revisions like DT can get high speeds at tighter timings. Maybe your batch doens't oc well.....

Yeah using Aeneon RAM, not as overclockable in Intel systems or maybe not as good used with my board. Can't enable PAT, iw on't boot. Can't go high FSB even with the loosest of timings, sure errors in memtest. Can't even do 5:4 also over 200Mhz, it won't boot. Sigh..... sad.gif

kabukawie : D43s doens't like 5:4 base on my experience. Best is to do 1:1 and his FSB is till 229Mhz only, if 5:4, it'll hamper the ram performance greatly. About his speed, he still can go higher if he wants to, just need to increase voltage, but remember, the Abit board will flunctuate smile.gif
*
i see, i just know that Abit board will flunctuate the voltage when increase. tongue.gif

like what shinjite said, it is a memory tweak that boost more performance. I found out that it come along with dual channel from my experience. I tried to disable it and i cant run dual channel, sandra memory bandwidth score is drop alot. Google for more detail on PAT if want detail explanation. icon_rolleyes.gif

Hi guy,coming back again.Now can online at home already. rclxm9.gif My Spuer PI at 233MHz .I think my cpu using default vcore would be around this speed.My RAM also i think not leaving much headroom to go higher already.
