Snapdragon 650 in redmi note are way more powerful than s616 in honor 5x Besides,rm850 in redmi get u higher storage(32gb),which is imprtant to storage big game apps, higher battery(4010mah)

I would recommend Lenovo Vibe P1m, Lenovo A7000 Plus and Redmi Note 3 (RM 699 for import, add RM 50 for local variant, has Qualcomm Snapdragon, which should be reliable). Also, speaking about the question, not all phones has the same type of GPS. Usually flagships would feature better GPS compared to the others, but still don't really count on it.

This is the latest model that officially sold in Malaysia.

Recommend the 3GB RAM one, as it also add up to 32GB internal storage, price just different RM100. Both model comes with 4000mah battery, fingerprint reader, Micro SD slot, metal casing, and 16MP camera. Only thing it cannot do is the non-removable battery.

The non-removable battery I think should be fine, nowadays a lot of phone like that. Thanks for the recommendation.

Some phone like asus zenfone family I saw in lelong got cheap price for non removable battery. I think for zenfone not hard to install it yourself. Other phone it's quite hard to open the cover and install new battery.

1. Brand.: (Not Samsung, Lenovo, Motorola) Preferably major brand so that have better support & updates
2. Budget.: below RM3k
3. Specs.: 5.2" and below
4. What you need in the phone.: Priority on camera quality. Prefer vanilla android, but willing to compromise. Dedicated camera button would be a bonus. SD card slot needed
Please suggest something other than Xiaomi Mi5, Sony Xperia Z5
