What was that? I would definitely not accept that kind of package, ever doh.gif

The purpose of COD is for you to be able to check the content and condition right there where both parties are present. Don't assume it is safe just because you COD, criminals take advantage of that.

Dont be stupid, you paid then open instantly la noob. If realy no item or bad case, immediate call lazada with details of courier. Bangang. If you already open the package then dont want to pay, how the seller want to resell? The seal broken. If you want a display go mall. Stupid comment.

Just wanna share my stories. So my careless relative bought kitchen appliances which worth more than RM700 each from 2.5 star(if not mistaken) seller from Lazada. Received both item, once plug in to use, both made pop sound, both RIP on first usage. So my relative sent the item back, one of the item already has been accepted and replacement will arrive 7-24 days(IIRC), the other item was returned due to the most ridiculous reason I'ever ever seen: not complete set because have no poly plastic inside(literally what it says on the return paper) when obviously the item's motor was defective in the first place, which of course has nothing to do with the poly plastic. Wasted like RM50 for the postage and this is how lazada quality control group treated their customer?

Ended up I had to sent email via my relative's account saying how I feel that there's a slight discrimination against "not so good with English" and Sarawakian. Nobody in the right mind would give such a stupid reason for rejecting the item. I reckon that Lazada quality control team expect that Sarawakian are all dumb or something? Who the heck would give such reason to reject the defective item? My relative told me that the poly plastic was already deflated when received it and Lazada said poly plastic must be return together "as a complete set", instead of packing the item in ordinary box with deflated poly plastic, my relative just pack it with newspapers. After a days I've intervene with the issue to communicate with Lazada, the RM700 was refunded, but the RM50 for postage was never refunded. Now currently waiting for the other cooking appliance to arrive which also cost RM700+. I don't think it's wise to buy heavy weight stuff or electrical appliance off Lazada ever.

Not just Seller trying to scam....but Buyers also trying to scam.

Especially on Mudah. Those selling on Mudah, better take note. They normally ask you to post the item to them and will not meet face to face.

Or they ask you to post to their friend or something.

And then they try to "pay" you through bank transfer. Always make sure the payment is successful BEFORE you even do anything.

Beware of "transfer" error or "overpayment" scams.

All scams operate like this. Make sure you really, really, really have the money in your account BEFORE you do anything.

I sell on Mudah sometimes, and I sometimes encounter such scams.

Buying online really depends on your luck and if you did a proper homework of checking the history of the seller.

I just purchase a 2.5k phone to be delivered to my home from 11street. Did checking on the reviews & carefully read all previous buyer's comments before buying. Even though that it scared the shit out of me because I still worried if i'll be scammed.

Luckily though the phone arrived safely with the packaging untouched and not dented.

If you paid by credit card, just call the bank and said it is scam. They will reverse the transaction and black list the seller accounts. Takes 1 month to clear credit card so you got enough time to reverse charge.

So in other words, you can still get back your RM699.

no want will know the buyer detail~ wake up use our mind ...the scammer is THE SELLER, know well delivery progress, especially customer pay CASH ON DELIVERY~ First seller will fill all paper work send the real item, and wait the Carrie company email notification, of cause buyer also will receive email notification at the same time. After received, seller will move a step toward to delivery himself and try on luck to scam buyer/customer~Final result for Seller will just get the item after the buyer cancel the order~ And for buyer is TOTAL LOST~
My opinion is, use online transfer is 100% save! (Between Lazada, NOT Direct With Seller)
Good Luck to all Stu..d Human. Allahu Akbar!!!
