better make police report just to be safe as official report that u can use later on. this way, lazada might do faster investigation( since it involved with police) i hoped.

Yeah, TA-Q-BIN service is kinda shitty for me too. Last time purchased something from Lazada, tracked my item at TA-Q-BIN and it shows Held at Branch for 5 days straight. At the end, send back to Lazada

Police report has been done that day itself according to my friend. Lol, police cakap got another case (report before this) from Lazada also (received water bottle instead of the real item)

obviously it is fake packages ....TA-Q-BIN packages would have a bio-degradable, powdery, grey colour plastic bag outside .....they don send thing warp with seal stickers like this....

i always been like TA-Q-BIN services compare to Poslaju because they courier service is faster then postlaju alot at my place.... ship at 8pm reach at 10am next day without fail all the time....

I think they will. As in this case there are only two scenario which both are Lazada/TA-Q-BIN responsibility :

a) Lazada/TA-Q-BIN scammed the customer by sending that package
b) Lazada/TA-Q-BIN staff leaked out the information of the customer to someone else (very very wrong) and the person planned the fraud.
