need to force restart.

that is why the self-service form method instead of random posts 500 proud owners and yet 1st pages full of names, we need more proper info like which apps to install and some tips or tricks or warranty stuff. You do have a point but whether people wanted to participate in the form is another story.

I think this phone easily 10 hours SOT.

100% LTE Data + full power + auto brightness + white background

TBH the battery life is pretty amazing. my power bank pretty much useless right now.

I think that's because u hardly play game and use battery hogging app such as Waze with ur phone right.

yeah tbh my power bank is kinda not needed , compare with the time when i am using note 3. yesterday without trying much I was getting 5 SOT and it lasted me through out the day

Coincidentally, my phone also hang on Sunday. I reboot it myself and that fixed the problem. Yesterday, my brother's phone hang also, but rebooted itself.

When I say hang, I can't interact properly with the phone. But still managed to select restart.

Normally this is caused by rogue apps running in the background, slowing down your phones to a crawl. If you are very sure that it is not caused by rogue apps / updates, then it may be reason to worry.

Any reception or data freeze issues on this s7 edge?

Mine hanged while I was opening YouTube.
Totally unresponsive and it was playing loud static noises from the speaker.

Yeap, mine restarts almost once a day. Still looking for the source of this issue

U try play games, clash royale , clash of clans and waze then come bck here with the results.

If just use for whatsapp and calls, battery sure good.

Nope. Reception and data connection is stellar.

So far no issues for me on my S7 Edge. Let's just hope it's just software bugs / running background apps and NOT hardware issues for those experiencing hanging issues.

I guess we should use the auto restart feature now? Could be useful in avoiding potential problems if the phone reboots automatically everyday.
