guys, did anyone receive a call from samsung warranty? 03-77200400? i tried calling them back but engaged. i wonder if they called for product recall since my phone is having trouble with calls. its either they cant hear me or i cant hear them.

They called js FL mentioned that you're warranty is valid for 1 year
Don't think have àby recall coz majority don't have any call issue.

try check if its simcard issue. last time happened to me, troubleshoot for 2 weeks, end up its simcard issue.

My main concern would be that I would be able to see who is calling and answer or reject call without having to open the flip cover. Apart from that would be auto wake/sleep feature which I trust both of the cases has. I have screen protector installed on the screen too.

Actually, I'm not a fan of flip case but this time I'm not going to take any risk of getting scratches or be it hairline scratches on the screen
