that's like RM2500 only!

but I think that's just for that 1 unit which is a refurbished item. The sale for RP is still I think around USD899

They have many refurbished stocks. Basically means those are returns people made.
In US, you can return any goods you purchased, TV, computer, camera, etc, if you are not satisfied. Amazon even pays for your return shipping if you are not satisfied with your products. And these returned products are refurbished and then sold at a cheaper price.
I purchased EF1740 f4L refurbished, comes in Canon refurbished packaging, 9.9/10 condition, at around $450 back in 2011. Full accessories with pouch, hood, cap, and 3 or 6 months warranty, can't remember already. But doesnt come in retail box only.
Sold the lens last year for RM1600.

Still have the box with me.

I've always wondered how the policy works cause they return sometimes not because there's a fault in the product, but simply because they feel 'not satisfied'. That will never work anywhere else I think. I can imagine lots of people buying products just to test things out for fun with no intention of keeping it and returning it within like 2-3 days after testing just testing things.

Too bad shipping from US is always a problem. I've only tried it once with shoes and sports equipment and that wasn't the best online shopping experience

Anyone here shooting with RF35 and RF85 f2.0?
What lens hood do you use?
Just ordered the EW65ii for RF35 (found someone using it at dpreview), and EW77b for RF85 f2.0 (couldnt find anyone using it). Both are experimental only, see if they both fit and work.

Their volume is big enough, basically buyers can overcome those fake buyers.
The return policy got no limit, just return for whatever reason, just put there not satisfied, they will accept. There are tons of people who bought TV during holiday season, and then return in later within 30 days. Then they have an entire warehouse and department that manages these returns, sends them back to manufacturer for refurbishing.
I am not sure if any other countries have this, but typically places like US, Canada, or UK, they are kind enough.

Will not happen in countries with immature thinking and purchasing behavior... sweat.gif
Especially lower income nations, like.. our country.

For Us shipping experience, I've not had any issue yet so far. Ive sold Canon 5Dc, ship it from US to Malaysia last time.
I've also purchased books, and some accessories from US.. So far so good. Quite expensive shipping, but yet to lose anything. Except for 1 RMA for a smart watch, they sent from California, and lost in transit.

Had a meet & feel session with the EOS R6, R5 and a bunch of RF lenses today thanks to Canon Malaysia and CPS. They even brought a model for us to take test shots with. Perfect timing as I'm just about to get an R6 laugh.gif

Warning: pic heavy!

Any thoughts on the RP? Not sure if I want to invest so much on the R6.

I'm CPS, but residing in Sarawak, nothing much here actually. Except for the discounts for camera/lens repair.

Not a Canon event per se, just an invitation to CPS members to try out the R system. 3 sessions this week, each session has only 4-5 pax excluding the Canon rep and model. This was at Cafe 123 @ Jalan Gasing. There's another one this Saturday.

Damn damn poisonous....Will post up some sample pictures soon laugh.gif

Nice nice. R6 is good. I'd skip the R and go for R6 if I can afford. smile.gif

Now still waiting for RP, that one I tried and really love for more than a year now.

I'm currently on Nikon mirrorless as well, really helpful for video works.

Nice, are they giving out goodies or discounts for CPS members? Any hints?
