Yesterday your "careline" summore ask another RM10 extra to re-post to me. That RM10 by right I should not pay since your side is the one so clever go write sender address as recipient address, but I decide to trust you one last time.

But now I receive the parcel. Only the phone inside. What happen to the tempered glass and casing? Those 2 worth RM50. Are you going to refund me now?

Don't tell me those are the hidden fee? Is "Hidden fee" means you should expect a room when you buying a house?

Looks like you're really not an honest businessman. "Genuine reseller"? Don't JOKE! Now what are you going to do for my case? Refund RM50 for not sending the casing and tempered glass? Or pretend nothing happen and continue to find other victim?

I don't think I want to whatsapp your careline anymore. Same account use by multiple person. Today one promise me this, tomorrow another person don't want to admit. One person say sorry, another ask me pay RM10 more.

In the screenshot above it's enough to show that I paid for the RM999.00 package. I even got pick which color the casing I want.

Even with whole conversation also you won't see what went wrong. What you can find is my prove of payment and the package I selected. Since your staff just simply forgotten how are you going to find the "went wrong part"? Not like the Whatsapp will write something like "Careline forgot the customer's order. Careline just simply send out one Redmi Note 3 without even checking with customer". If this is an argument then maybe you can find something but NO, this is a simple case of mistake and forgetfulness. How can those be shown on a conversation? I don't get what you try to find if not for my proof of payment and package selection. Maybe other forumer here who know what you want to look at tell me. Or don't tell me you just try to delay and delay till everyone forget the whole dispute? Will you request me to post whole conversation here and use few pages to do it?


Plus, I'm not the only one with the Whatsapp record, right? Your "careline" should also have it. Why don't YOU go find the whatsapp conversation and post it here? But make sure don't PURPOSELY modify the conversation as I have a copy on my side.

I remember when i whatsapp for redmi note 3, the person said the price is RM1149 with case and tempered with postage, but other place just sale rm849, but with full package rm899 and same malaysia xiaomi set...

Now that I rethink the whole thing, maybe I should just be glad that I still receive the phone and don't care about the casing and tempered glass anymore (as well as the color not the one I want). Consider the RM50 a donation to the seller to support his dishonest and irresponsible business that is bound to go down the drain soon.

This is the first time that I buy something from a "senior member" in LYN and gone through all these troubles. Hope there's no other victim of this irresponsible, worst seller in the future. In fact hope admin or mod just close all his threads.

im sorry i cant recalled you bought from us. perhaps pls contact michael for clarification. there are so many customers dealt with us before and i really have no idea who is who. thats why we always asks client what is your lyn members. as i promised you, if you are promised will have case and temper glass and we did not deliver to you, then is our fault. pls work hand in hand with michael to get back your promise items or refund accordingly. i'm truly sorry if i have forgotten you as my customer. i dont mean to be rude, you have been giving me free bump all over my sales thread. tq
