3. Inform me you are not going to post out, and will refund me in full.
4. I provide you my bank information. Since you got CIMB account I will only give you same day. No so-called 7 days since you never mention that so-called policy to me.
5. I check and receive the money within 24 hours.
6. Problem settled. I happy you also happy. "Nice" dealing with you.

Solution 3:
1. Your "careline" continue to ignore me for whole day giving me "wait" and "driving" as excuse. You also continue to enjoy your holiday whatsoever at Ho Chi Minh with no intention to really resolve this.
2. Today I didn't receive any new tracking number and old tracking number still show the parcel at your place.
3. No refund from you.
4. I create a dispute thread following example of what the other forumer did.
5. At around the same time a police report also filed.
6. Problem settled. You enjoy being labeled as scammer.

Initially going to give you till Friday, but seems like you really are not a trustworthy person, and I feel stupid for trusting all your "careline" excuses and bad services for a week and half. So today is the last day to settle this.

Dont put ready stock if u intend to delay on the delivery, i read all the dispute on you and normaly is your side faults. You can sell any logic price u want if the customers willing to buy but not creating another thread so that u can get in more orders and do not fufill the delayed devices on this thread. Last, settle all your orders problems before u go on a hoildays.cheers!

Better just buy from www.mi.com/my at least you know its 100% original with local warranty, plus anything happen can track and complain directly to them.

Much better than buying from scammers and so-called jokers like these.

hi yeongooi, i have replied you thru dispute thread and here. well you must understand mi website is very slow in delivering mi products to malaysia. Even though mipad 2 will arrive here, you will only able to get mi pad 16gb android version.

You see, we are genuine reseller with xiaomi china. we can get the latest, earliest release product for xiaomi all range of products from them. However, we need to pay more in order to clear all these fees like:

1. Domestic express courier from seller to our warehouse in china
2. International express fees from warehouse to malaysia
3. Duty excise for item more than RM1000
3. Kastam fees on sensitive item
4. GST 6%
5. Postage fee to you.

What kind of fees or the amount of the cost you have paid to secure your stock have nothing to do with the customer, buyer paid expecting the goods, your own liability does not involve the customer. If you do not have the goods to deliver than a simply full refund is in order, keeping mum over the transaction is not how a business transaction is proceeded.

It's also illegal for any entity, business or organization to take someone's money or deposit without any form of legal recourse. You can be charged for things like fraud and racketing.
