Tq sharing about shopback. I oredi bought via shopback link. And this morning RM10 is reflected in my SB account. My problem is now, after using Lazada apps i had logged out from Lazada apps because planning to use the SB link again to purchase other item. However, after many time try to login (using FB account) i still not able to access my Lazada account because i am not login. Why? Need help 😂😂

I log out and log in the apps all the time because I have many Lazada accounts lol. No issue about it. Sometimes if some steps messed up that I can't use some code anymore I just uninstall and reinstall the app. Should solve most of the problems.

Must follow the link from shopback. If you already have the app it will just promptly open the app.

Make sure you click the link for Lazada app, not Lazada website.

I made a purchase on 12Mar16 Sat 11.55PM via Lazada app with Milkadeal Cashback, transaction captured as 12Mar16 to entitle for RM15 cashback. However Milkadeal cashback captured the purchase date n time as 15March 5am+ hence only RM10. Shot them an email with screenshots of my order and shopping trip code. Anyone encounter same problem?

click open will go to app store, click cancel will go back to the link page
