If it prompts to app store, you can just click open or instal? If you already hv the app, it will just open, won't double instal, no worries.

Alternatively ty open and log in the app first. Then go to shopback browser and click through the app link.

If all fails can try my ultimate solutions:
1) Uninstall and reinstall the app. Then click shopback link.
2) Uninstall and click shopback, let it prompt to instal there.

I've tried all the above. No issue about accessing the app via shopback link.

When it says product not eligible for voucher, can I still get -12% discount from Maybank credit card or any other discount such as HSBC on fridays?

if the product are participate with the Maybank or whatever <insert bank name here> CC discount on the <insert weekdays/weekend here>

I try to buy topup using lazada mobile apps. After applying the coupon, and continue to make payment, but the mb2u no come out. Then I touch back button from payment page and straight to main apps. Since the topup item still in cart, I try again to check out but failed to apply coupon. (Lazada said I already use it). I then cancel it and clear the cart. But when I check my order, I am surprised the order(the topup I want buy) was accepted and processing. The problem is, I don't make any payment yet, and what will happen to the order??

Beside that, I don't receive any email from lazada.

I face problems with payments too. Very annoying because it affects voucher validity. If you want to, you can write to customer service and ask them to revalidate the coupon for you. But what I do just register new account, reinstall app and the coupon is good to go. That way is faster.

Anyway for app purchase, I can't pay either by maybank, cimb or cards. Only PayPal works. Dunno if it is my phone problem or what.

FYI Milkadeal Saturday promo actually starts at 12PM not 12AM as advertised.
That is due to their server time are actually 12 hours slower than Malaysia time.

Being said that, means also u still can get RM15 for purchase until Sunday 12PM.

Not sure what you meant. The transaction was Saturday 11.55PM not AM. In fact this was the last transaction that I performed that day, the other 3 all captured with RM15 cashback.
