I just bought a reload coupon from lazada with shopback using mobile app, I login shopback at google chrome, then choose shopback rm10, it link me to lazada app and I successfully paid, but when I checked back at my history at shopback, it just show lazada mobile app 16 mar, 10:11 rm0.00, I make that payment on that time but I didnt get my rebate. Why??

Well this is my first time, so that mean in history there it's will update the value although it stated RM0.00 now?

How many time I can use cashback RM10? Just once or multiple time?

Is it a must for multiple lzd account to get sb rm10?

Or does it  works multiple time with single sb, single lzd account?

Need to wait for 48 hours before i can report? Bcoz  when i want to choose the date of purchase, it says pending 48hours of tracking period...usually how long before the cashback is reflected in the click history? I made a rm20 topup yesterday around 9.40pm and rm30 top up around 7am today but both time still rm0 cashback....
