Need help with Shopback, I used my phone browser, it opened my app and I checked out, added in my CC info, used voucher, RM312 purchase, but now I am checking my account there is nothing in my history? Is this normal? Only click history RM0

hi Guys, regarding the lazada mobile app RM10 cashback from shopback, i use desktop to purchase also got RM10 cashback. Then i use mobile app (handphone) to purchase but no cashback. Does it mean using handphone mobile app not valid?
Or Is it the mobile app cashback only works 1 time? |
