I made a purchase on 12Mar16 Sat 11.55PM via Lazada app with Milkadeal Cashback, transaction captured as 12Mar16 to entitle for RM15 cashback. However Milkadeal cashback captured the purchase date n time as 15March 5am+ hence only RM10. Shot them an email with screenshots of my order and shopping trip code. Anyone encounter same problem?

I try to buy topup using lazada mobile apps. After applying the coupon, and continue to make payment, but the mb2u no come out. Then I touch back button from payment page and straight to main apps. Since the topup item still in cart, I try again to check out but failed to apply coupon. (Lazada said I already use it). I then cancel it and clear the cart. But when I check my order, I am surprised the order(the topup I want buy) was accepted and processing. The problem is, I don't make any payment yet, and what will happen to the order??

Beside that, I don't receive any email from lazada.

purchased 15/3/2016, until today haven't received, contact lazada twice, no reply at all.
contact the seller personally, said successfully top up, provide me the transaction no. but still haven't received any top up. Seller blame Celcom and ask me to go to Celcom centre to complaint and claim back my RM30 celcom top up!!
