A neighbourhood mall with 80 units 3 storeys commercial Ecohill walk-concept shops.

Yeah, worth for every single cent..

860 sqf, 2 CP, got swimming pool, children pool, gym, multipurpose hall, playground, badminton court, guard house, very near to Ecohill link, 1-2 minutes driving to Tesco, Old Town, McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino and most importantly 200 - 300 meter walking distance to the future fully air-con neighborhood mall...

Starting from RM 262k before discount, apa lagi lu mahu...

Next month, can register interest on the website.. Pricing not sure, need to ask other taikor to share.. But I believe should be above 2 mil price tag..

Should be no issue, many gomen staffs have purchased SP Setia unit before.

Just call the sales office (03-8724 2255) and inform them you would like to purchase using gov loan, they will advise you further..

RM 2.3 - RM 2.4 mil is for whole block of 3-storey. Price is not fixed yet.

It is a stratify 3 stories unit, maintenance fees shall be charged since there will be a number of water structures (including water fall structure) within the walk shoplots. Every story unit will come with separate TNB meter and Syabas meter. Purchaser can sell it separately in future..

There will be a super large 3 stories unit at the center of the Ecohill walk (closest to the water fall structure), they call it as JEWEL of Ecohill Walk, selling more than RM 10 million, SP Setia will provide a free rooftop garden structure for this unit.. Big bosses can aim for this unit...

The 3-storey in Ecohill Taipan already started from 1.9mil, this one with walkable verandah structure, pricing is about there ald..

Forgot to ask about the floor area, but if not mistaken is similar to setia walk.

What's the launching price?

Now only launching, till completion is by 2020.. So within these 3-4 years, it shall be depending on SP Setia leasing team to engage with the quality tenants later.

From my perception, at least this is a very good boosting factor to attract incoming residents. Rather then only keep on waiting, it is a good move for a township developer to take initiative to attract people come to Semenyih. Commercial vibrancy is one of the effort can be done, hope there will be more key changer plan to be brought in by the developer. Developer keep on launching new units and only wait people to move in, is very passive approach.

Township developer should strive to bring in more amenities, facility, commercial vibrancy, new infra/connectivity, which is crucially important for a township to growth. Personally feel glad to see SP Setia is committed on this, at least on Setia Ecohill development.

Ecohill Walk refer to whole area - 80 shops + mall..

Mall shall be handled by SP Setia, the rest 80 shops of course up to the owner. Every floor of the shops shall have the walkable verandah, means every floor of the shops can be operated differently.

This clearly proves that club house maintenance is much lower than the mall....

Eco-friendly system such as solar panel, rain-harvest system dun think have ler.

Heard will be a number of escalators shall be built to improve the "connectivity" between the walk, car park and the mall.

Compare to the mall of Setia Walk, the Ecohill Walk mall shall be fully air-conditioned, not so eco, but suit Malaysian people preference...

I heard the maintenance fees for all 3 floors about 1300 per month, do you know if the floor area for each floor is same, should have their own bathroom right?
