Yeah, D'Camellia just in the stage of launching..

As for the service apartment, it will take longer time before launching, most likely when D'Camellia almost sold off.

Phone your bank and ask if the loan is released..

Have to do before the due date stated in SP Setia letter (normally 30 days), else you need to bear the late interest payment during VP later.

Yeah, late interest payment is born by purchaser, so sometime bank don't care much.
